Lunch


Lunch: lightly toasted rye bread with lashings of butter, olive oil-drizzled tomatoes and avocado with some lazily chopped parsley. And salt and pepper.

  1. Is that a hint for me to make you one? Because the excuse of not having enought time doesn't wash it...this one took all of three minutes to make!

  2. Dear Sonja,
    I gave this little lunch a go the other day. Wonderful, I loved it! Fresh and filling. However, I changed the rye bread for sprouted mixed grain bread, due to my recent development as a fermented-sprouted-renegade. Also, as you can imagine, I took your "lashings of butter" to mean "mountains of butter".
    Cheers for the new lunch idea!
